1. Introduction

Welcome to BrightOnevo (domain BrightOnevo.best). These terms of service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by BrightOnevo ("we", "our", "us"). Please read these Terms carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use our services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BrightOnevo, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time; the last updated date will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

3. Services

We offer One-direction brand ideation tools including consulting sessions, workshops, and custom strategy plans ("Services"). All Services are scheduled in advance and delivered in accordance with the details agreed upon at the time of purchase.

4. Infoproducts

Our Infoproducts include digital guides, templates, and courses ("Infoproducts"). Access to Infoproducts is provided via download links or member account access.

5. Physical Products

From time to time, we may offer physical merchandise such as branded planners and workbooks ("Physical Products"). Shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout.

6. Fees and Delivery

All fees for Services, Infoproducts, and Physical Products are set forth on BrightOnevo.best. Delivery of Infoproducts occurs immediately after payment confirmation. Physical Products are shipped to the address you provide during checkout.

7. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

7.1 Services

To request a refund or reschedule a Service, you must notify us in writing at least 72 hours before the scheduled session via contact page. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7 business days. Once a Service has commenced or deliverables have been shared, no refund will be issued due to the dedicated time and resources allocated. However, you may reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty.

7.2 Infoproducts

All sales of Infoproducts are final once access or download has been granted. No refunds will be issued due to the immediate nature of digital delivery. If you encounter technical difficulties, please contact our support team for assistance or replacement materials.

7.3 Physical Products

Unused Physical Products in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us via contact page. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund via the original payment method within 14 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials provided by BrightOnevo are the exclusive property of BrightOnevo or its licensors. No rights or licenses are granted except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BrightOnevo shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services.
